Plain words. Using the site means you agree to these.
🙋 What this site is
- A place where people say how a company treated them while hiring.
- We count what people picked and show their own ratings. We never judge a company.
✍️ What you post is yours
- A review is your own account of what happened to you. You own it, you are responsible for it.
- Keep it true, keep it about your own experience, and leave names of individuals out.
🚫 What does not belong here
- Insults, slurs, threats, anything aimed at who a person is.
- Made up stories, other people’s stories, secrets you promised to keep, private contact details.
🌍 Public or with friends
- You choose. A circle review stays with the friends you invited.
- A public review can be read by anyone and answered by the company.
✅ Proven and not proven
- Proof from a hiring email earns the proven mark. Without it, the review shows as not proven.
- Both count in the company numbers, and the chart keeps them apart.
🎬 Video stories
- A clip is recorded with a mask on and your voice changed, in your phone, before it is sent.
- We look at every clip before it appears. Do not film other people, and do not show anything that names you.
🏢 Companies
- A company can claim its page, reply in public, and report a review.
- It cannot edit a review, hide one, or learn who wrote it.
🚩 Reports and takedowns
- Anyone can report a review. We look at reports and remove what breaks these rules.
- If we remove something of yours we tell you why, and you can ask us to look again.
📣 Our part
- We host what people write, we do not write it and we do not check every line before it appears.
- Once someone tells us about something illegal, we act on it quickly.
🗑️ Leaving
- You can delete a review, a clip or your whole account whenever you like.
- Anonymous counts stay in the company chart, with nothing that points back to you.
📜 Changes and law
- We can update these terms. The date above changes when we do.
- Spanish law applies, and nothing here takes away rights the law gives you.
